Your organization settings hub — manage your profile, team, API keys, integrations, and subscription all in one place.


Accessing Organization Settings

  1. Click your Organization Name (bottom of sidebar)

  2. Select Settings


Settings Overview

Organizational Profile

Basic information about your organization:

  • Organization Name — How your team appears in Cuppa

  • Organization Logo — Shown in the sidebar

  • Website — Your primary domain

To update:

  1. Go to SettingsProfile

  2. Edit your details

  3. Click Save


Members

Available on: Business, Agency, Agency+

Manage who has access to your Cuppa workspace.

Inviting members:

  1. Go to SettingsMembers

  2. Click Invite

  3. Enter email address

  4. Select role

  5. Send invitation

Member roles:

  • Owner — Full access, billing control

  • Admin — Full access, can manage members

  • Member — Content creation, limited settings

Removing members:

  1. Find the member in the list

  2. Click the menu (⋮)

  3. Select Remove

Actions:

  • Upgrade or downgrade plan

  • Update payment method

  • Download invoices

  • Cancel subscription

To access billing:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling

Programmatic access to Cuppa:

  • Generate content programmatically

Webhooks:

To set up:

FAQ

How do I change my organization name?

Go to Settings → Profile → Edit name → Save.

Can I have multiple organizations?

Each Cuppa account belongs to one organization. Create separate accounts for multiple organizations.

How do I delete my organization?

Contact [email protected]. Note: This permanently deletes all data.

Who can access billing?

Only the Owner role can manage billing. Admins can view but not modify.

Are settings synced across team members?

Yes. API keys, integrations, and billing are organization-wide.

How do I transfer ownership?

Contact [email protected] to transfer to another admin.
