### Troubleshooting

#### "No keywords found"

**Cause:** Domain may be new or have limited organic visibility.

**Solution:** This is expected for new sites. Brand Research is most valuable for sites with some existing rankings. Focus on other research sources like competitors.

#### "Competitors don't look right"

**Cause:** SERP-based competitor detection may surface unrelated sites.

**Solution:** Review competitors in the Brand Research view and focus on the most relevant ones. You can also manually add competitors in Brand Settings.

#### "Research stuck in 'Running'"

**Cause:** Occasionally data source APIs timeout.

**Solution:** Wait 5 minutes, then try running again. If it persists, contact support.
