Troubleshooting
”No keywords found”
Cause: Domain may be new or have limited organic visibility.
Solution: This is expected for new sites. Brand Research is most valuable for sites with some existing rankings. Focus on other research sources like competitors.
”Competitors don’t look right”
Cause: SERP-based competitor detection may surface unrelated sites.
Solution: Review competitors in the Brand Research view and focus on the most relevant ones. You can also manually add competitors in Brand Settings.
”Research stuck in ‘Running’”
Cause: Occasionally data source APIs timeout.
Solution: Wait 5 minutes, then try running again. If it persists, contact support.
