Data Refresh
- Automatic: Every 24 hours

- Verify Owner/Full access to property
- Check property is verified in GSC
”Connection failed”
- Disconnect and reconnect

- Check GSC property is still verified
”Data not updating”
- GSC has 2-3 day delay from Google
- Click “Sync Now” for manual refresh

”Missing keywords”
- GSC only shows keywords with impressions
- Low-volume keywords may not appear
- New content takes time to accumulate data
Privacy & Security
- OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication
- Read-only access - we never modify GSC
- Data stored securely, never shared
- Revoke anytime from Google or Cuppa
Revoking Access
From Cuppa: Settings → Integrations → Disconnect GSC

FAQ
Do I need GSC to use Cuppa? No. Cuppa works great without it. GSC unlocks additional data-driven features.
Which plan includes GSC? Solo plan and higher.
Can I connect multiple GSC accounts? One Google account per team. Disconnect and reconnect to switch.
How often is data synced? Automatically every 24 hours, or on-demand with “Sync Now.”
Why is GSC data 2-3 days old? Google’s limitation. GSC data is always delayed 2-3 days.
Does connecting affect my rankings? No. Cuppa only reads data, never modifies anything.
What if I disconnect GSC? Features continue with cached data but won’t update. Reconnect anytime.
Is my data used for AI training? No. Your GSC data is used only for your account features.
Google Analytics 4 (On-Site Traffic)
Cuppa also supports Google Analytics 4 on Solo+ plans. GA4 is separate from GSC but uses the same two-tier connection model:
- Connect OAuth at Team Settings
- Bind a GA4 property per brand in Brand Settings
- Sessions and page engagement appear in Performance Hub
See Google Analytics 4 for setup.
Bing Webmaster Tools (Combined Search)
Cuppa also supports Bing Webmaster Tools on Solo+ plans. When both GSC and Bing are connected to a brand:
- Performance Hub organic KPIs sum Google + Bing clicks and impressions
- Hover KPI cards to see the per-engine breakdown
- Brand Visibility Score includes Bing in the organic component
See Bing Webmaster Tools for setup.
